Smoothness is a strictly individual interpretation of touch and is socially perceived as a pleasant category. Women and children are often described using words such as smooth (referring to the body), cuddly, soft – as a premise of love, kindness, and the need for protection. Why do people shave? Do we want to be soft like chidren? Will it help to resuscitate our hope for remembering our blissfulness?
